VINASTALK TERMS OF SERVICE 1. General Provisions This website is operated by Shinhan Securities Vietnam Co., Ltd. ("SSV" or "We"). VinaStalk provides information and services relating to the Vietnamese securities market, including but not limited to financial news, market data, trend analysis, artificial intelligence (AI)-supported content, investment reference information, market monitoring tools, community features, and other related services. By accessing or using this website, the user is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. 2. Scope of Information Provided The information provided on VinaStalk is intended for reference purposes only and shall not be construed as investment recommendations, an offer to buy or sell securities, a guarantee of profit, personalized financial advice, or a basis for making investment decisions. VinaStalk may contain information, data, advertisements, or links to third-party websites. SSV does not control and does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, security, or operation of any third-party website or information provided by third parties. Users assume all risk in accessing or using third-party content or external links. 3. Monitoring of VinaStalk Usage Activity SSV may monitor, control, and record users' website usage activities for purposes of ensuring system security, preventing unauthorized access, improving service quality, preventing abuse, and fulfilling regulatory management purposes. SSV reserves the right to review, edit, restrict, hide, or remove, without prior notice, any content that violates the law, prevailing social norms and ethics, the rights of third parties, or the platform's operating standards. Users may report to SSV, in accordance with the procedure established by SSV, any unlawful content, rights infringement, false information, or content violating these Terms of Service. SSV may review reported content and take necessary measures. Depending on the severity of the violation, SSV may apply necessary measures, including but not limited to removing posts, restricting visibility, restricting features, temporarily suspending accounts, permanently disabling accounts, or reporting to competent authorities. 7. Limitation of Liability The information and services on this website are provided on an "as is" basis. This means that the user must independently assess the quality of the information and services, as well as the associated risks. SSV makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the information and services, or the use thereof, are suitable for the user's particular purposes. SSV disclaims any liability in connection with such warranties, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement of intellectual property rights, or fitness for a particular purpose. SSV shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized third-party interference with any information or content accessed by the user on VinaStalk.
